Learning Statistics
CAST (Computer Assisted Statistics Textbooks) is a freely available series of e-books for learning and teaching statistics developed by Dr Doug Stirling at Massey University, New Zealand.
Quantitative Methods Initiative co-funded by the Economic Scientific Research Council (ESRC), HEFCE, the British Academy and the Nuffield Foundation. ESRC have been working in collaboration to develop a strategy to address the skills deficit in quantitative research methods across the social science research base.
